KAISER PERMANENTE ULTRASOUND WORKSHOP

AMSA has a partnership with Kaiser Permanente which San Diego hosts ultrasound workshops which anyone can sign up for. Members will have more preference of being selected. Volunteers will be scanned with an ultrasound by residents and have the opportunity to practice as well. It’s an interesting and fun activity where you can view your own anatomy and learn to scan with ultrasounds yourself. 

 

Volunteers need to have their own transportation and be vaccinated.
