Whats up fAMSA, my name is Sebastian! I’m an incoming third-year human biology major at Marshall College. I’m beyond excited to be able to serve as your president for the upcoming school year! I cannot stress enough how much of a positive impact this club has had on my UCSD experience! I’ve met countless friends and made many connections that have helped my pre-medical journey (totally guaranteed to happen to you too if you join AMSA). Some things I like to do are hanging out with friends go to the beach, play volleyball, skateboard, and most importantly take pictures on my cobalt blue DSi XL! One day I hope to become a surgeon, but until then, I’ll be rotting away studying… I can’t wait to meet all of you and don’t hesitate to reach out if you want to game or talk!

Hi everyone, my name is Lily Xu, and I'm a third-year Global Health major in Sixth College. Although I love medicine and having direct patient interactions at my caregiving job, I am also deeply passionate about environmental activism and affecting policy change to improve systems that can impact the health of the greater population. In my free time, I love painting with watercolors, writing songs, going to art museums, and hiking. I was born and raised in San Diego, so I'm officially qualified to give destination recommendations or find new places to explore together! Hi! I’m Kevin, and when I’m not pretending to be productive, you can usually find me drinking iced matcha at suspicious hours, playing tennis, or on summoners rift. I love exploring new food spots, nerding out over random science facts, and convincing my friends to join overly ambitious group projects. My favorite AMSA memory has to be the Las Vegas retreat. This year, I’m looking forward to meeting new members, planning events that people actually want to come to, and making even better memories!

HEY FAMSAAAA!! My name is Katie and I'll be your 25-26 secretary this year :)) I'm a third-year Global Health Major at Seventh College and currently want to become a surgical oncologist or ophthalmologist, although who knows maybe I'll change my mind later on... My experience at AMSA has been amazing so far as I've met a ton of pre-med students who I can trauma bond with as well as get involved in so many great opportunities that got me more involved in my pre-med journey. Beyond medicine, I LOVE spending time doing hobbies I enjoy such as crocheting, painting, arts & crafts, volleyball, ping pong (someone please play with me) and cafe hopping! I love doing spontaneous activities and am always down to hang so feel free to reach out :). HIII! I’m Natasha and I’m entering my fourth year in Revelle college. Im very excited to serve as this years Public Relations chair, get ready for some great GBM speakers and events! I am a local San Diegan so I know so many good coffee shops (feel free to ask my recs😋). I also am a baker and if you know me you know my sourdough starter Bailey. My favorite things are to explore restaurants and cafes around SD I love all things food and love trying new things! In terms of professional activities I’ve been Volunteering at Rady’s for the last 3 years in the PICU/CTICU, I’m a Lead intern and coordinator at a neurosurgery clinic in my community, a licensed EMT, and a few other things. I'm actually from Massachusetts, and though I'd say I've familiarized myself with SD pretty well, I definitely have more to explore, so if you ever want to go on an adventure, count me in! I'm a big fan of playing basketball, volleyball, spikeball, and frisbee, and also a huge foodie, so I'm always down to big-back with others! In the future, I hope to specialize in pediatric oncology, make people smile, and have a good time! Holis!! I'm Yukari and I'm a third-year in Revelle. I'm from this little, yet kinda big place called Modesto CA ( aka narnia, according to a friend of mine...) Anyways I LOVE to read (mostly rom coms), watch movies and binge tv shows, and hang out with friends. Some of my fav movies is 10 things I hate about you, the fast and furious saga (up until the 8th movie), and the marvel saga. I am also a HUGE foodie and literally have a list of restaurants and cafes to try (my gallery is also full of food pics hehe). I almost literally live by a motto which is "the phone eats first". You'll literally always hear me talking about dutch bros (and matcha) or how I tried a new restaurant/cafe. Aside from that, I also love playing soccer and am a goal keeper for the UCSD Women's Club Soccer team. I love meeting new people and look forward to making new friends throughout the year. Hey everyone! My name is Liana and I’m a third year Molecular and Cell Biology major with a minor in Global Health at Eighth College. Outside of school, I love reading, hiking, watching reality TV, getting good food and yummy drinks with friends and family, and drawing - major fan of going to art museums and having art picnics! I’m also a huge concert-goer (life-changing every time) - some of my favorites have been The Weeknd, Clairo, and Malcolm Todd. Some of my hobbies include playing sports, cars, music, and video games. When Im not locked in or running across campus, you can catch me scrolling reels or rage queuing Valorant (JOIN AMSA GAMING🙏). I also love to explore new places and EATING PHO 😋 so im always open to food recommendations! In the future I hope to go into cardiology, specifically as an electrophysiologist.
